Product Description

Fluoroplastic alloy is a corrosion-resistant material. The FYS corrosion-resistant submersible pump, a vertical, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, is made from this material. It offers exceptional corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and resistance to aging. It is designed for conveying corrosive liquids of any concentration, such as acids, alkalis, and oxidants, that are free of solid particles and prone to product formation. It primarily addresses the transport of highly corrosive media.

The FYS fluoroplastic acid-resistant pump is vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is used to pump corrosive liquid without solid particles which is hard to crystallize. The temperature of pumped liquids range from -20ºC to 150ºC. Its working parts are submerged in liquids, shaft seal has no leakage. It has advantages such as small area occupation, reliable operation, easy maintenance and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used in chemical, medical, oil and petro-chemical industries.

This pump can be made of materials like F46, PVDF, FRPP…

The FYS pump is widely used to pump all kinds of clean liquids, particle free or little partile liquids, neutral or strong corrosive liquids.
