JYSZ hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are usually provided with independent parameters of single-unit pumps. Multi-unit pumps with the same base and specifications or different base and different specifications can also be manufactured according to user needs. Multi-unit pumps are suitable for proportional distribution of multiple media in process flows. The flow rate can be adjusted steplessly from 0-100% when the pump is turned on (or set). (According to the characteristics of the metering pump, the minimum stroke is generally not less than 10% of the total stroke.) Single-cylinder pumps are suitable for occasions with a single liquid; combination pumps can be used as proportional pumps or in parallel; pump combinations can be used as three-proportional pumps or three pumps can be connected in parallel to achieve a larger displacement, increase the pulse frequency of the liquid, and promote continuous and smooth addition of the liquid.

It combines the advantages of both mechanical diaphragm and plunger metering pumps.

Hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are characterized by no leakage and high pressure. They are widely used in the transportation of flammable, explosive, volatile, highly corrosive, radioactive, highly toxic, suspensions and expensive liquid media; achieving the purpose of high-pressure liquid filling.
It can deliver corrosive or non-corrosive liquid media with a temperature of -30℃-100℃ and a viscosity of 0.3-800mm2/s without solid particles. Different types of metering pumps can be equipped with variable frequency motors (capable of receiving 4-20mA current signals) or explosion-proof motors according to user requirements.
