VTC series vertical long shaft pump

VTC series vertical long-shaft pump is a VTC vertical long-shaft single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump or mixed flow pump (API 610 VS1) for high head. Its extended products include barrel-type pump (API 610 VS1), which is used to transport condensate and highly volatile liquids. The pump head is designed with a new and advanced hydraulic model. The model spectrum covers a wide range and can provide customers with high-efficiency vertical turbine pump products in different occasions.

Structural features

◆ The outlet elbows above 10” are welded parts. Suitable for high temperature liquid pump transportation.

◆ The external pipe and the guide vane body are both connected by flanges and positioned by stoppers, which makes assembly and disassembly easy during maintenance.

◆ The external pipe with stopper positioning has low cost, easy maintenance and few faults.

◆ 416SS transmission shaft. The transmission shafts are connected by key couplings for easy maintenance.

◆ When pumping media containing particles, a closed transmission shaft design with a protective tube can be used, and external flushing water can be used to flush the guide bearing, which is suitable for pumping corrosive and abrasive media.

◆ There are various bearing materials to choose from, such as rubber, ceramide, carbon fiber, ceramic, etc.

◆ The surface of the replaceable sleeve is hardened to extend its service life.

◆ The impeller and guide vane body are equipped with double sealing rings.

◆ Surface hardening treatment to extend service life. When pumping solid-containing media, the sealing ring can be flushed with external water.

◆ The product structure design is flexible and can be customized according to user requirements.
